Job
Description:
Hiring an
Identity and Access agent to process and manage user access to department IT
applications and resources.
Roles and
Responsibilities:
1.
Facilitates the Identify and Access Management (IAM) program policies and
procedures
2. Manages
user access to systems, applications, and data
3. Monitors
compliance with policies, regulations, and customer requirements
4. Performs
risk assessments and reviews
5.
Investigates incidents
7. Stays up
to date on evolving threats, technologies, and solutions
8.
Collaborates with other departments to ensure secure access to systems and data
9. Documents
processes and procedures
10. Escalates
and resolves issues in a timely manner
Experience
and Skills:
1. Experience
in user account provisioning and management
2.
Experience with Active Directory
3. Experience with Azure administration
4. Experience
with ticketing systems
5. Graduation
from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree or qualifying
work experience as a substitution
6. Preference
given to candidates with: a) information security program design and
implementation, or b) information security risk analysis and mitigation, or c)
information security policy, standards and procedures creation and
implementation
7. Preference
given to candidates with relevant Security or Identity industry certifications
8. Must have
excellent written and verbal communication skills
9. Must have
a proven ability of problem-solving skills
10. Must be a
team-oriented individual
