We’re in search of an Instructional Designer

 Here are some of the specific details:

Job Title: Instructional Designer 

Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ

Duration: 12 months with a possibility of extension  

Status: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:
Develop instructional materials, including one-pagers, eLearning content, and video editing, with a focus on retail environments.
Use Articulate Rise, Storyline, PowerPoint, and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, Audition).
Ensure projects are completed in under 6 weeks in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure content meets the approval process and is ready for execution.
Local travel to stores for training evaluations may be required.
Focus on sales enablement and product training.
Required Skills:
Graphic design sense to create visually engaging content.
Proficiency in Adobe products (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere).
Articulate Rise and Storyline experience.
Familiarity with ADDIE methodology.
Project management experience (collaborating with project managers to ensure approvals and project routing).
Ability to pivot and adapt quickly to changing project needs.
Nice-to-Have:
AV/IR knowledge (not required for the first 6 months).
Experience with consumer electronics training.
Portfolio showcasing product training content (preferred but not required on the resume).
