Job Description

The IT Business Analyst for Enterprise Systems will be responsible for business and technical requirements analysis across a wide range of business areas, leveraging Service Management and Content Management Platforms to streamline and automate business processes. Primary responsibilities will include identifying, documenting, and communicating business and functional system requirements. The Business Analyst will ensure requirements are understood and addressed in system design and implementation. This role will interact closely and coordinate with internal stakeholders for application upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality based on evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Technology Owner for Service Management and Content Management Platforms
  • Gather, analyze, understand, document, and communicate requirements across cross-functional project teams
  • Gather requirements for complex software including workflow management tools and communicating complex requirements to technical staff to develop system designs
  • Work closely with business leaders to solve operational issues and problems through the use of information technology and process redesign
  • Participate in the planning and execution of QA/UAT testing of applications
  • Create and maintain documentation including technical and functional design specifications
  • Create a framework for assessing and prioritizing automation opportunities across WWE
  • Work closely with solution development teams identify technology solutions including RPA tools
  • Hands on configuration of RPA solutions based on process maps
  • Participate in the planning, testing and rollout newly automated processes
  • Hands on configuration of new dashboards and reports including SQL extracts


  • 4+ years of hands-on Business Analysis experience
  • Experience with gathering requirements and working with technical staff to develop system designs
  • Experience with Service Management and Content Management Platforms
  • Experience with ServiceNow or Hyland OnBase preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of RPA solutions is preferred.
  • Experience managing technology partners and vendors
  • Experience with programming and scripting a plus
  • Experience with process mapping tools such as MS Visio is preferred
  • Experience creating VBA scripts or Macros
  • Experience with SQL preferred
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • Good understanding of SDLC and Agile software development
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems
