Title: JD Edwards Support Engineer
Type: Full Time Perm Opportunity
Location: Littleton, Colorado (MST time zone)
Must Have: Experience with EDI and JDE.

Analyze and monitor EDI processes, related applications (for example Warehouse Management Systems, Communications and Applications servers) and interfaces with JDE and third party systems.
Assist with testing of EDI data links between Trading Partners, communications and mapping software and JDE systems in the test environments.
Ensure data integrity and optimum performance of EDI and integration processes.
Create, maintain and enhance data validation, manipulation and error handling routines on iSeries for the JDE integration cycles.
Create, maintain and enhance EDI data archiving processes
Carry out error investigation, fix and support activities to maintain smooth operation of EDI flow.
Produce high quality documentation, covering problem root cause analysis and solution, assist with internal and customer test plans and support documents.
Provide end user support and training where required
Other duties related to EDI JDE functions as assigned.
Demonstrable mix of skills including technical ability with high level of innovative thinking.
Ability to analyse, investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
Experience working with high volume, business critical, large capacity systems in a 24x7 environment.
Experience working in multi platform, multi format, cross system interface environments.
Experience in Global JDE systems and EDI modules including Purchasing, Sales, Logistics and Finance.
Ability to read, understand and create complex documents and reports
Analytical thoroughness, high level of attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise requests and tasks effectively
Basic understanding of EDI (B2B) message formats and communication technologies. Understanding of ERP integration processes
ServiceNow or similar Help Desk Management and ticket system
Ability to communicate concepts and issues clearly and concisely between IT and business.
JD Edwards F47 integration tables experience.
Application integration strategies / tools, network and telecommunications.
Understanding of communications within a LAN and WAN based environment.
Windows Server architecture and security / certifcates concepts and use.
Experience of SQL / CLLE / RPGLE / SFTP / FTP scripting / IFS / Query.
Unix scripting and procedures an advantage but not essential.
Familiar with IT system change management.
Database concepts and design.
Demonstrate IT best practices (including but not restricted to ITIL).
Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
