Job Description

We are looking for a Client Engagement Manager who is passionate about enabling customer success through Cloud Services

Want to help us expand our Cloud Services footprint and have interest in this rapidly growing entrepreneurial industry? This might be the right fit for you!

Responsibilities

  • Liaison for all customer account management matters and build strong client relationships with key decision makers
  • Through understanding customer needs, drive customer and partner satisfaction
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver solutions in a timely manner
  • Clearly communicate with stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Outreach to warm leads via phone and/or email

 

Requirements

  • Comfortable developing accurate forecast and creating detailed strategic plans
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Dynamics CRM,Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Technology and Cloud ecosystem background (Public Cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS) sales experience is a plus!!!)
  • Consulting/Professional Services is a plus!
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel
