Job Description
As a .NET Developer, you will work within a small team to build and maintain a modern version of our existing permit system. You will leverage your advanced skills in C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, MVC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap to design scalable and efficient solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web-based applications using C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, MVC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Support the migration from legacy ASP.NET Web Forms to modern MVC/Razor Pages architecture.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for the new MVC project.
- Support the transition from VB.NET to C# and other modern technologies.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of projects and tasks.
- Use Git for version control and collaborate effectively with the team.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in .NET development, with a strong record of accomplishment of delivering high-quality solutions.
- Expert proficiency in C#, with a strong interest in modern technologies and frameworks.
- Extensive experience in web development using ASP.NET, SQL Server, MVC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Experience with Entity Framework and database design.
- Proficiency with Git version control.
