The
ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all
appropriate levels within and outside the company. The ability to work either
independently or in a team environment to achieve personal and team project
goals, including the completion of assignments within established time frames.
Essential duties and responsibilities in the following:

Perform
forecasting, annual and/or monthly business plan and rolling plan, variance
analysis of actual versus forecast and reconciliation of internal accounts
·
Inventory
management to ensure valuation accuracy is reflected in financial statement
·
Perform
reconciliations and manage open/suspense/aged items
·
Support
external and internal audit / risk management requirements as needed
·
Prepare
weekly and monthly reports, and any reports assigned as needed
·
Manage
and monitor KPIs and communicate with other teams for improvement plan
·
Contact/escalate
to other team members to resolve issues with vendor accounts that might affect
operation.
Preferred

General
knowledge of logistics and/or supply chain

Experience
with SAP, WMS, ERP
Education
and Years of Experience:
·
Bachelor's
in Business, Econ, Finance, Supply Chain, or similar
·
3-5
years in planning / risk management / finance in logistics environment
(preferred)

A
reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position
is $34 to $36/hour
