experienced Logistics Specialist 4 with the required skills: SAP,
WMS, ERP and planning, risk management, Claims, finance within logistics
environment.

Description:

The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with
all appropriate levels within and outside the company. The ability to work
either independently or in a team environment to achieve personal and team
project goals, including the completion of assignments within established time
frames.
Essential duties and responsibilities in the following:
- Perform forecasting, annual and/or monthly business
plan and rolling plan, variance analysis of actual versus forecast and
reconciliation of internal accounts
- Inventory management to ensure valuation accuracy is
reflected in financial statement
- Perform reconciliations and manage open/suspense/aged
items
- Support external and internal audit / risk management
requirements as needed
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, and any reports
assigned as needed
- Manage and monitor KPIs and communicate with other
teams for improvement plan
- Contact/escalate to other team members to resolve
issues with vendor accounts that might affect operation
Preferred Skills
- General knowledge of logistics and/or supply chain
- Experience with SAP, WMS, ERP
Education and Years of
Experience:
- Bachelor's in Business, Econ, Finance, Supply Chain,
or similar
- 3-5 years in planning / risk management / finance in
logistics environment (preferred)
Top Skills:
- Experience with SAP, WMS, ERP
