Luxury Customer Support - Sales Emphasis

Location: White Plains, New York, 10601

Type: Direct hire (2 open roles)

Schedule: Monday - Saturday 

Specific Times: Tuesday-Thursday 9-5:45.  Friday 12-8.  Saturday 10-7 

 

WE'RE HIRING

As part of the customer service team you'll be on the front-lines in supporting our customers and generating new business. Whether on the phone, chat or through email, you'll be an integral part of creating a fantastic customer experience. 

About You

We seek enthusiastic, reliable, self-starters to join our team preferably with retail sales or e-commerce business experience. Ideally we prefer someone who has worked in luxury retail or has worked in on-line customer service/sales, however any proven ability to close sales will be considered. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively, tactfully and courteously with all clients and employees. Strong computer skills are a must. While this is still a customer service position, there is a strong focus on sales. It’s an aspect of the role that has significantly increased in importance as we have grown.  

What You'll Do

-       Answer and respond to a high volume of telephone calls, emails, and live chat scustomers inquiring about company products and services. This will require deviation from standard screens, scripts and procedures, just as it would in a retail environment

-       Multitasking is key, you’ll be helping customers online and on the phone, sometimes at the same time. You're expected to be professional and presentable. 

-       Maintain a positive, confident demeanor while providing courteous, efficient and superior customer service

-       Work under general supervision in a fast-paced environment to provide quality education, support and guidance to generate customer sales

-       Have complete and thorough knowledge and understanding of products, and the ability to transfer this knowledge to sales.

-       2+ Years Customer Service Experience Required. Career motivated!
