Marketing campaigns/ Operations Manager

Ridgefield Park, NJ

12 months contract – Possibility of extension

 

Summary:

The main function of an operations project manager is ensuring that the different departments in the Corporate Marketing team follow through with the plans made for the business’s success.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the office of the CMO tracking all important action items and requests made by the CMO to the direct reports.
  • Develop and manage action item trackers and performing periodic updates.
  • Generate a weekly report of division accomplishments gathering information from all Corporate Marketing teams.
  • Manage key activities associated with Marketing campaigns and other key initiatives.
  • Responsible for managing the performance of teams, coordinating with different team leads, tracking their progress to date compared to established targets.
  • Handle problems in a calm and collected manner, even when under pressure.

Skills:

  • Microsoft office, Word, Excel
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Familiarity with Windows-based computer programs a must

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
