The Senior Manager, Social Business & Access Management, is responsible for leading efforts to integrate Single Sign-On (SSO) for all business managers where applicable, manage user access, and oversee the audit and monitoring of unauthorized access or policy violations across Client’s social media platforms. This role will play a critical part in strengthening Client's social media governance structure and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with social media business management platforms configurations (like meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Understanding of governance structures, policies, and procedures related to digital and social media management. User Access Management: Oversee the management of user access for both native and business managers across digital platforms, ensuring compliance with Client’s Key Controls. This initiative supports Client's broader marketing transformation by ensuring platform standardization, operational compliance, and improved campaign scalability.
Location: Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the audit and strategy migration from legacy social media business managers across all regions to corresponding Enterprise Business Manager platform.
- Implement the migration to MMA- Meta Managed accounts for all internal and external partners with single sign on (users, ad accounts, catalogs, pixels, API connections partner accounts and social pages across all regions)
- Coordinate with required platform support to resolve asset ownership and platform conflicts
- Map and update platform integrations with CRM, analytics, and AdTech tools
- Collaborate with the appropriate teams to align access management processes with Client’s standards.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate registration and visibility of social media platforms.
- Ensure business continuity and minimize disruption during migration
- Participate in periodic reviews to update governance documentation, workflows, access policies and communicate changes effectively.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams for the registration and management of business manager tools like Meta Business Manager

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $60/hr. to $63/hr. on W2.
