- Research, design, develop, manufacture, and test tools, engines, machines and other mechanical devices.
- Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals to determine time and cost feasibility to complete projects.
- Assist drafters in developing the structural design of products using tools, equipment or software.

- This role provides hands on exposure to production for Compact Track Loaders, one of Client's highest volume products, with direct impact to delivering the best product possible to our customers.
Typical task breakdown:
- Provide daily technical support of production including troubleshooting, root cause identification, corrective action implementation and documentation follow up of Assembly area -or- In Process Validation (IPV) areas with automated testing, fluid fill, and AC charging equipment
- Support enhancements and improvements to process, tooling and equipment
Interaction with team:
- Collaborates closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to support production objectives, resolve technical issues, improve and document processes, optimize workload distribution across production bays, and implement tooling and equipment enhancements.
Team Structure
- Member of the Manufacturing Engineering team, working with other Engineers, Production Planners, and Robot Technicians
- Part of the larger Technical Services team and Operations organization, working closely with Facilities & Maintenance, Logistics, Quality and Safety to support manufacturing performance and equipment reliability
Work environment:
- On site manufacturing environment with time split between workstation activities, validation documentation, equipment reviews, and hands on floor support.
Education & Experience Required:
- Years of experience: 0-2 years
- Degree requirement: Bachelor's degree in engineering required.

- Experience with Creo, AutoCAD, and Geneo
- Ability to analyze manufacturing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable process and equipment solutions to support safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives -or- working knowledge of automated test systems, fluid handling and fill equipment, refrigerant and A/C charging processes, production equipment controls and interfaces, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
