Job Description
Summary:
- The DSD/International Merchandising Manager is
responsible for driving sales, generating promotional and advertising
income, achieving FY department P&L, maintaining run rates,
vendor aging and coordinating and working with Store Owners/Members and
Vendors.
- This role will also be responsible for the
international (ethnic) program thru the warehouse.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• 5-7 years in manufacturing and/or retail industries. Familiarity in the
supermarket
industry is a plus. Sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to interpret data and transfer into selling opportunities.
• Excellent analytic, communication & presentation skills
• Excellent Power Point and Excel skills.
• Familiar with shelf management software and techniques.
• Previous experience with merchandising systems is a plus.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary for this position is $70 K to $80 K per year with Bonus. Employee benefits will also be available, and details are available like Pension/401K/ Paid Vacation/ Life, Medical & Dental insurance etc.
