Job Description
The Metrc Investigator will serve as the Metrc subject matter expert to
the Division of Enforcement and Compliance within the Office of Medical
Cannabis (OMC). This position will report to the Responsibilities include:
- Create and conduct internal Metrc trainings.
- Act as lead on all Metrc related audits and
investigations; and
- Serve as liaison between OMC and seed-to sale vendor
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience working within the Metrc
system required;
- Cannabis industry experience required; preferably in a
compliance/regulatory capacity
- Experience working with all four major cannabis license
types preferred (Cultivator, Processor, Dispensary and Safety Compliance
Facility).
- Ability to condense large amounts of data in easily
readable reports
- Experience building and conducting trainings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
