Job Description


  • Provide continuous support for SharePoint 2010 applications, their forms, and workflows.   
  • Address and resolve any issues, bugs, or user queries related to the current applications.   
  • Collaborate with the project manager, application owners, and tech lead to ensure timely support of the applications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.  This position will utilize a time tracking tool to accurately record work effort against current processes in a timely and consistent manner. 
  • This position may require periodic on-call duty outside normal business hours to ensure that the supported systems are operating as intended and time sensitive deliverables are addressed.  
  • The on-call duties will be defined at the discretion of the client manager and/or the on-call policy for the organization.


Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with SharePoint 2010, expertise with InfoPath forms, and Custom Workflows.
  • SharePoint administration and configuration in an on-premises environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.


Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experienced in designing and implementing approval workflows and forms.
  • Customization of SharePoint Security Groups.
  • SQL Reporting Services.
