We’re in search of a Music Content Specialist I, Partner with International lyric leads to, prioritize and track weekly releases. Wrike or similar project manager tooling experience. Post production or Media Management background preferred

Location: Culver City, CA 90232 

Duration: 6+ Month contract

Status: Hybrid--Open to remote as well, but must be PST working hours

Job Description (including duties, skills, education):

Duties
•    Partner with International lyric leads to, prioritize and track weekly releases
•    Build and track weekly priorities within project manager tooling
•    Route and schedule tasks
•    Maintain project documentation and reporting for various tasks
•    Attend editorial meetings on campaigns and promotions
•    Notify Ops team of campaign

Skills
•    Impeccable organization and project monitoring from inception to completion
•    Proven ability to manage concurrent priorities at the same time, reprioritize based on business needs
•    Cross-functional project management experience
•    Excellent communication skills: oral and written
•    Love for music and cultural context around music
•    Wrike or similar project manager tooling experience
•    Post production or Media Management background preferred

Education
BA

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $30 to 33.58/hour
