Job Description
Senior Network IT Engineer with 8–10 years of experience in
IT networking and/or facility operations. This role is ideal for a self-starter
who thrives in dynamic environments, communicates effectively, and can manage
projects and technical tasks with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will
be hands-on, technically proficient, and capable of leading initiatives from
concept to completion while ensuring accountability and timely delivery.
Typical task breakdown:
Project Management: Strong organizational and
leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional IT projects.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal
communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical
audiences.
Initiative: Highly self-motivated with a proactive
approach to problem-solving and innovation.
Accountability: Takes ownership of outcomes,
escalates blockers appropriately, and ensures timely delivery.
Collaboration: Team-oriented with strong
interpersonal skills and the ability to work across departments.
Adaptability: Comfortable working independently in
fast-paced, evolving environments.
