Non Technical Recruiter

Summary of the position:

One of our many customer(s) today is urgently looking for an experienced Non - Technical Recruiter.

He/ She will work with a team of top-flight recruiters, sourcers, and recruiting coordinators, focused on candidate talent search for non-technical, high-level talent.

Here are some of the specific details:

Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Location: Remote Job

Duration: 6 Months +

 MUST HAVE skills:

• Need recruiting experience more with operations and other kind of non tech exp.
• Experience in recruiting for job titles - Supply Chain, Process Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers., Operations, Support Engineers, Tech Deploy. Etc.
• Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple strategic searches, projects and client relationships
• Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives
• Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and complex spreadsheets
