Communications Manager to provides sales
support for dealer and field teams, Supports Services go-to-market commercial
strategies, Ensures Products and
Services NPI marketing readiness is achieved. Supports other Groups Marketing;
& for creating core content, sales support materials and training to
support electrification product and services (Chargers, Batteries, Energy
Storage Solutions.)

Job Description:

As a Product
Communication Manager in Electrification and Energy Solutions (E+ES), you will
have responsibility for creating core content, sales support materials and
training to support electrification product and services (Chargers, Batteries,
Energy Storage Solutions.)
Position’s
Contributions to Work Group:
·
Sets and determines the
strategic direction for core content as part of E+ES Go to Market Deployment
Strategy - collaborating closely with Service NPI team, Lifecycle Managers,
Component Specialists, Machine Business Divisions and Digital, Sales, and Marketing
teams across Client to ensure consistency and alignment.
·
Develops product
messaging and ensuring consistency of message across marketing, including
strong collaboration with other Groups Marketing partners.
·
Develops writes and
delivers core content and materials (Unique Selling Propositions, client pages,
product/services brochures, sales training materials, etc.) for products and
services Offerings.
·
Working with enterprise
process owners and internal and external suppliers to produce, translate and
publish content.

Day

This requires knowledge
of Battery Electric Machines as well as customers and their purchase criteria
and behaviors. The Product Communication Manager will develop and publish
content in existing and new digital channels. This position develops and executes
content that:
Ø
Provides sales support
for dealer and field teams.
Ø
Supports Services
go-to-market commercial strategies.
Ø
Ensures Products and
Services NPI marketing readiness is achieved.
Ø
Supports other Groups
Marketing.
Interaction
with team:

High level of
interaction with the team.
Work
environment:
·
Working collaboratively
with E+ES Global Marketing Communication Manager to support campaigns and
events.
Education
Requirements:
·
College or University
Degree.
·
12+ years of
progressively responsible job-related experience including 3+ years of digital
marketing experience.
Technical
& Soft Skills:
·
Project leadership
experience.
·
Position requires
knowledge of Client's product support business.
·
Previous experience
working with marketing organizations and dealers on communications strategies.
·
Working knowledge of
electronic publishing/delivery.
·
Excellent interpersonal
skills are required to deal with issues crossing boundaries or persuade others
inside or outside the organization to take action.
·
Experience in marketing
strategy and execution (marketing tactics, channel strategy, lead
generation/sales conversion, branding, marketing analytics, and budget
management).
·
Understanding of
marketing data compliance and marketing metrics.
·
Previous supervisory
experience and demonstrated ability to lead team and deliver results.
·
Demonstrated ability to
develop and execute strategy.
·
Excellent interpersonal
and communication skills are required to deal with issues crossing boundaries
and/or persuade others inside/outside the organization to take action.
