Designer
Location: Puget Sound, WA (Hybrid
- 3 days/week (Tuesday–Thursday).
Contract Duration: 04+ Months (Extendable)
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape next-generation calendar, time management, and AI-powered productivity experiences. You’ll design end-to-end workflows across desktop, web, and mobile, exploring how Copilot, conversational UX, and autonomous agents can act as a thought partner for users.
What you’ll do

Design intuitive, scalable calendar and collaboration experiences

Lead ambiguous problem spaces from concept to execution

Partner closely with PMs, engineers, research, and data teams

Set a high bar for craft, usability, and systems thinking

Contribute to AI-driven workflows that help users plan, prioritize, and collaborate
Must-have skills

Strong, disciplined design process (4+ years)

Advanced Figma proficiency (2+ years)

Experience designing or integrating generative AI features (1+ year)

Portfolio showing end-to-end product design and decision-making
Nice to have

Experience with large-scale, high-traffic products

Comfort designing conversational or agentic AI experiences

Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams
