Team Purpose
Design and
evolve user experiences for enterprise data security, governance, compliance,
and privacy. Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to deliver
high-quality UX across both administrative workflows and emerging AI-driven
scenarios.

What a Typical Day Looks Like
Morning
stand-ups to align with designers, PMs, and engineers
Refining
user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for security and compliance scenarios
Deep-work
sessions building high-fidelity prototypes and validating interaction patterns
Reviewing
usability insights and incorporating stakeholder feedback
Collaborating
closely with engineering to ensure precise implementation
Using
shared design systems to maintain coherence across the product

Skills & years of experience for each:
Minimum 2+ years' experience with advanced Figma usage, including design
libraries, shared components, and expert level workflows.
Minimum 5–7 years' experience applying systems thinking across design
ecosystems.
Minimum 2 years' experience with AI related design tools, paradigms, or
workflows, or demonstrated familiarity with AI design frameworks.
