Position Summary

For the GCE (Galaxy Connected Experience) Product Specialist role, we are looking for an enthusiastic tech-savvy individual who has strong passion for Connected Experiences. The role will focus on various internal / external communication and support to increase awareness & promote Client’s GCE in the US market.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Demo support
    • Support various demo (internal / external)
  • Demo scenario management
  • Demo sample setup and management
  • Demo account and content management
  • Sample management
    • Tracking of various samples (PR / Marketing / Customer meetings)
  • Sample management
  • Internal sample management complying to internal system
  • Tracking sample distributions
    • Managing available vs requested and prioritize distribution
  • Logistics
    • Sending and receiving of samples as requested
    • Following up on internal and/or external transfers
  • Sample room, cabinet management
  • Organizing samples, utilize shared space to optimize storage
  • FOC as needed for business utilization
  • Spec management
    • Owner of GCE specs and manage details of spec required for various needs
  • Track and update specs and setup info as new models/SKUs get confirmed
  • Deliver, confirm, and chase after necessary details of specs as requested during GTM process
  • Provide/confirm specific specs to cross-functional team
  • Active communication with HQ counterpart to obtain accurate and up-to-date specs
  • Publish Master Specs and Setup info update to various product teams on regular cadence/as important update is received

Top 3 must-have skills/requirements – bilingual (English / Korean) / tech-savvy / presentation
