Summary:

Purpose of the Team: This team focuses on hosting onboarding for the Casa Grande Headquarters. The team brings the new hires in, coordinate with SME's, facilitate guest speakers, provides awareness of career pathways, cover high voltage training and an overall introduction of the facilities.

Key projects: This role will contribute to planning and coordinating tasks. Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of responsibilities

Location: Casa Grande AZ

Duration: 6 Month contract

Status: Onsite

Candidate Requirements

•Years of Experience Required: 13 overall years of experience in the field.

•Degrees or certifications required: Associate’s degree in Business Administration (or equivalent years of experience), Human Resources, Education, or a related field preferred.

•Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines and quality of work.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience 

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience coordinator, administrative, or support role, preferably within a Learning and Development or training environment.

2. Minimum 2 years’ experience with organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives and projects simultaneously.

3. Minimum 2 years Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or training software.

 Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled: ASAP

 Hard Skills Assessment Process: The assessment process will include 1st round with hiring manager and potential 2nd round.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $33 to 37/hour
