Provides admin support to leadership and restricted support to the rest of the team. Will partner closely with, and will heavily support the project PMO in developing operations, communications and team engagement capabilities. The Project Coordinator/Admin is fundamental for to the success of the team capability development and projects success.
Marketing Insights and Business Intelligence
• Manages leadership members calendar (2 people), limited calendar support to the BA team ~6 individuals.
• Operation Excellence and communication support:
o Planning and scheduling complex team logistics
o Team vacation and travel calendar maintenance
o Defining and maintaining tools and processes to monitor and record office work flow, and operations report generation.
o Liaising with other department admin support to sync logistics and agendas
o Responsible for onboarding new members
o Creation and maintenance of organization charts, email distribution lists, phone lists, etc.
o Ensures the team is always in close contact, by putting in place elements that promote innovation, creativity and teambuilding.
o Proposes creative solutions to everyday problems.
o Prioritizes own work, balancing multiple requests for assistance. Establishes good working relationships with client areas; builds rapport and trust with others.
