Position Summary
- We
are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual with a
strong background in program management. The ideal candidate should be
able to manage complex technology projects with aggressive schedules in
different time zones.
Role and
Responsibilities
- Work
with Client’s global teams and Product and Engineering Teams to deliver
strategic programs.
- Drive
collaboration with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
- Create
program plan, manage schedules, and own end to end program delivery with a
focus on high quality and on time delivery.
- Meticulously
plan and conduct workshops with large group of audience
- Define
program deliverables and drive accountability through tracking and follow
up on action items to closure.
- Oversee
multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
- Produce
program reports for stakeholders.
- Identify
and mitigate program risks early, promoting a smoother path to success and
reducing potential disruptions.
- Conduct
scrum of scrums and steering committee meetings to bring alignment.
- Provide
uniform stakeholder experience through consistent communication,
transparency regarding program status, resource requirements, priorities,
risks, and issues.
Skills and
Qualifications
- 4
years in a project/program management role managing software development
projects.
- Working
experience with technical teams, including product management, operations,
engineering, etc.
- Exceptional
skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
- Strong
understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Strong
problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good organizational skills
with an ability to multitask.
- Ability
to correctly present the urgency of issues and escalating appropriately.
- Excellent
verbal and written communications skills.
- Proficiency
in Agile software lifecycle methodology with hands on experience in JIRA
Platform and Confluence.
- Experience
in managing AdTech related programs is a plus.
- Expereince
working in Smartsheets, Tableau
Education
