microsite or app live. Help understand the landscape and work with agencies
to get content created. Going through tech check points for testing and
security. Intake briefs and identify content requirements. Not general web
landscape. |
Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the process and support content owners creating microsites, mobile
apps and social media
• Assist business partners in understanding and following the content creation
and management processes for owned channels, navigating across creative process
and marketing teams, as well as technological requirements and development
teams
• Help business partners complete project intake briefs and identify content
requirements
• Communicate and follow up with business partners throughout the lifecycle of
a project
• Schedule projects according to resource availability and project priority
• Support the implementation of Client’s digital governance model and support
the end-to-end content management lifecycle with content owners across owned
channels – Client.com, websites, social media, apps, etc.
• Design new processes to improve efficiency for digital content governance
Requirements:
• 5 - 7 years of project management experience and/or digital marketing
operations across web and digital channels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to see the big picture as well as understand the details
• Experience working with digital creative agencies and digital production
teams
• Creative problem-solving
• Experience working within highly matrixed organizations
• Ability to juggle competing project timelines and balance resourcing
• Desire to organize, develop and improve processes
• Prior digital agency experience desired
