MUST HAVE skills
Meeting directly with agency staff to gather,
analyze, and formalize data analysis reports.
Prepare and deliver project documentation
including requirements and progress reports, scope, milestones, and
deliverables.
Manage project budgets and allocation of
resources.
Oversees project schedules, track progress
and report statuses to stakeholders.
Promoting standard development methodologies
and breaking down broad user stories into manageable, technical tasks for
system architects and developers.
Skills in creating flowcharts, data
dictionaries, data workflows, and process workflows.
Ability to understand IT systems, data
storage systems, and data flow analysis.
Risk Management: Identifying potential
roadblocks early and developing contingency plans to mitigate them.
Utilize current project management
methodologies.
Ensuring the final deliverables meet the
required standards and expectations of the client or organization.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination
of recent, relevant work experience.
