Job Description:
  • 6-7 years of working experience as a Project Manager for AdTech applications and systems
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college or technical related discipline required. 5+ years of practical work experience as a Business Analyst in media advertising can be substituted for college education. Must show a portfolio of work/achievements.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively across functions, with an exposure to complex organizations and the ability to gain shared vision on product decisions and priority trade-offs
  • Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and team skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/workstreams at once.
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Quick, adaptive learner who will develop expertise in an evolving media landscape.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to clearly convey technical and complex information through written and verbal communication.
  • Deep knowledge of advertising technology and related fields (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, etc.)
  • Utilizing customer driven design and development and lean startup methodologies, have a fail fast mindset
  • A fast learning curve, with the ability to understand our customer’s needs on both a business and technical level.
  • Ability to react to change productively.
