Job Description:

Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects/program. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. May require a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Responsibilities:

  • Work across the GCA Campaigns team and other relevant internal partners to track all payment, processing, and reviewing of invoices that register on the GCA Campaigns team budget
  • Serve as the primary POC with Amazon corporate finance (billing and accounts payable) to support them in adjusting forecasts and updating actuals
  • Provide regular budget updates across the team
  • Ensure all global currencies are translated into USD for holistic global tracking
  • Produce regular reactive budget segmentations, scenarios, and recommendations that help inform budget allocations that support the team achieving their goals
  • Learn and execute country-specific billing processes
  • Set up new vendors payments, processing, and reviewing invoices to ensure adherence to billing requirements, opening purchase orders, researching questions regarding status of payments, and performing other billing tasks as needed
  • Independently project manage multiple budget inputs and requests simultaneously
  • Think creatively and solve problems that affect people, partners, and the teams’ goals
  • Constantly improve existing processes and workflows
