Summary:

We’re in search of an experienced Project Manager with internal/employee communications experience in an enterprise setting., Preferred skills: Microsoft suite, Smartsheet.

Job Title: Project Manager – Internal Communications

Location: - San Francisco, CA or NYC, NY

Duration: 12 Months

Status: Hybrid Preferred

 

MUST HAVE skills (Few bullet points highlighting the must have’s):

 

·                  4+ years of experience in program/project management

·                  2+ years internal/employee communications experience in an enterprise setting.

·                  Experience managing large, transformational projects/initiatives within an enterprise organization.

·                  Setting and developing timelines, project management task lists, and divisions of duties

·                  Managing logistics, operations, schedules, and production coordination

·                  Demonstrated prowess in cross-functional collaboration; as well as influencing senior leaders and global teams

·                  Execution-driven. Oriented toward not just creating plans but able to influence and push teams to drive tangible results

·                  Cross-functional collaboration skills, and comfort with using influence instead of authority to drive collaboration

·                  Proactiveness and creativity, to offer solutions and new work streams that improve chances of project success

 

Education Requirements:

·                  BA/BS degree
