Job Title: Project/Program Manager III

Location: North reading, MA - Hybrid

Duration: 10 Months+

MUST HAVE skills:

Seeking a results-driven Retrofit Program Manager who will be part of the Retrofit Engineering & Program Management team. This role will drive Robotics fleet retrofit projects to improve the performance, reliability and safety of globally deployed robotic and automation systems. Working in close collaboration with Retrofit Engineers, Hardware Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Finance and Reliability and Maintenance (RME) partners, Deployment Engineering, this role will own retrofit projects from ideation through execution and validation.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

2+ years of experience in related field as a PM

Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

Experience using project management tools (eg: Asana)

Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods

Developing processes to implement product upgrades on fielded Client Robotics products (field retrofits)

Participate in retrofit sprints to ensure program is on track and on budget

Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $65.00 to $78.00 / hour on W2 Basis
