Job: Project/Program Manager (Supply
chain) - 2 Open Positions
Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite role)
Duration: 8 Months (Extendable)
Key Responsibilities

Input, update, and maintain warehousing and logistics data within Smartsheet, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all records.

Manage data related to transportation coordinates and shipment status updates to support real-time supply chain visibility.

Perform data filtering, sorting, and basic formula operations in Excel to support reporting and analysis needs.

Conduct web-based research to gather shipment, vendor, and transportation information as needed.

Collaborate with the program team as an independent contractor, supporting operational tasks within the supply chain workflow.

Apply 1–2 years of supply chain experience to ensure efficient data management and process accuracy.
