a Procurement Analyst position based in Peoria, IL,

About the Role:
You will be supporting
the Facility and Process Maintenance Services (FPMS) team,
focusing on procurement operations, contract management, and supplier
coordination. This role is critical in helping the team stay compliant and
reduce operational risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clear a
backlog of ~75 overdue contracts (MSAs, schedules, change orders).
- Manage
supplier onboarding, updates, and trade compliance.
- Approve
and process third-party pass-through requests, ensuring accuracy and
resolving issues with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Monitor
supplier performance using KPIs and support the Supplier Relationship
Management (SRM) program.
- Approve
purchase orders, guided buy projects, and handle invoice-related issues.
- Maintain
supplier data in systems like SIA and SMART.
Required Skills &
Experience:
- 5–10+
years of relevant experience (based on education
level).
- Strong purchasing/procurement
background is essential.
- Excellent verbal
and written communication skills.
- Strong business
acumen, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability
to manage multiple tasks and follow through on projects.
- Experience
with contract performance evaluation and supplier metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Prior
experience working with the client is a plus.
