Position summary:

We’re looking for an experienced, passionate, and well-networked recruitment marketing specialist to lead our recruitment marketing efforts in the US. As a key member of our global team, you’ll be driving effective and compelling recruitment marketing strategy by designing and delivering campaigns across all recruitment channels in the US.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead recruitment marketing campaigns to create a strong talent pipeline and attract, engage, and nurture talent
  • Own candidate-facing channels: internal and external, as well as all recruitment marketing events in the US. This will include campus
  • Manage talent marketing platforms and vendor relationships
  • Drive our diversity and inclusion, and veteran recruitment agenda
  • Collaborate with multiple functional teams in the organization—business, HR, recruitment, marketing, internal communications—as well as external vendors to make big things happen
  • Inspire employees to become brand ambassadors

Skills you’ll need:

  • You’re a curious, resourceful, creative problem solver, self-driven, team player, and well-networked employer branding/talent/recruitment marketing specialist with expertise and prior experience in the talent, recruitment, and digital marketing space
  • You’re able to see the big picture, join the dots, create solutions, and get the job done
  • You’ve organized campaigns, programs and events from strategy to execution that build brand awareness and generate qualified leads
  • Experience of working on LinkedIn and other social recruitment/attraction channels
  • You inspire employees to create and share their stories and employer reviews, amplifying our reach and influence throughout the candidate journey
  • You understand social media and other channels that need to be leveraged for making any engagement a hit
  • You’re a pro when it comes to working with latest technology and tools such as Hootsuite, CRM, Taleo
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and are an articulate and effective communicator

Education/minimum requirements:

  • Bachelors degree and/or masters in relevant field
  • 6+ years of proven previous experience in a recruitment marketing/employer branding role where you managed campaigns (strategy to execution), as well as owned vendor relationships
  • Masters in marketing or certifications in employer branding preferred
