Job
Title: Retail Operations Manager Level 3
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: 6
months with a possibility of extension
- Bachelor’s degree and relevant operations experience
required
- 3+ years’ experience in retail operations,
communications, sales driving initiatives, vendor management, field
support with the ability to demonstrated knowledge of best practices,
methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas
- Experience in executing change management initiatives
with established approaches
- Demonstrated experience working with third party
accounts and corporate operations team
- Strength in working cross functionally, harnessing a
collaborative team environment and being able to lead project work within
a large dynamic team and drive end to end planning
- Adaptability to move at the pace of retail and work in
a constantly evolving environment, making decisive decisions when needed
- High proficiency in Power Point, Word, Excel and FB
Workplace
- Outstanding written and communications skills, time
management, and organization skill
- Ability to drive and improve business cadence
(planning, scheduling, communication), setting and improving processes,
monitoring execution and driving accountability and visibility of progress
against goals and objectives
- Ability to travel approximately 10-20% of the time
