Sales Operation Analyst (# 8160)

Role: Sales Operations / Channel Support Analyst

Location: Texas (Remote – Home Office)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations / Channel Support Analyst to support sales initiatives, partner programs, and software solution offerings. This role will work closely with internal sales teams and external channel partners to ensure smooth coordination, reporting, and execution of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales operations through pipeline tracking, reporting, and opportunity follow-ups
  • Coordinate sales meetings, partner calls, and training sessions
  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and business review materials
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, order tracking, and opportunity status
  • Assist in partner onboarding and software migration coordination
  • Organize training materials and enablement documentation
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and channel partners
  • Gather market insights, customer feedback, and partner updates
  • Provide administrative and operational support for sales programs and initiatives

Required Skills:

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or Sales Support
  • Strong skills in Revenue Planning, Demand Forecasting, and Reporting
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced), SAP/CRM tools, Power BI or similar
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting channel/partner sales programs
  • Background in data analysis, dashboards, or KPI tracking

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $38.00 to $ 41.00
