Job
Description
Typical duties include:
- Application
support for assigned systems (hubNashville, HR Benefits).
- Manage
the day-to-day enterprise application functionality, including system
administration and system configuration for the applicable systems.
- Support
Salesforce Service Cloud administration including configuration of
objects, fields, page layouts, flows, and record types.
- Support
customer requests for configuration, implementation, and enhancement.
- Troubleshoot
and resolve enterprise application issues for supported systems.
- Application
testing, including the development of test plans and test cases and
troubleshooting the application.
- Application
training for supported applications (coordination, scheduling,
instruction, preparation)
- Data
management and monitoring, including archiving and purging processes where
appropriate, monitoring/reviews of data or jobs queues and jobs,
preparation and request of data updates outside operational user’s
security, copying/backup processes.
- Schedule
and distribute reports as requested (administration, monitoring/reviews,
requesting.)
- Support
and maintain application interfaces/integrations as needed.
- Quarterly
Salesforce software release analysis, preparations and testing.
- User
profile and license audits for assigned systems.
- Review
current business processes and make recommendations for process
improvement.
- Support
project manager and team in configuration, implementing and maintaining of
enterprise applications being implemented.
- Assist
in researching selected enterprise applications functionality and apply
identified information where appropriate.
- Prepare
requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops,
business process descriptions, business analysis, tasks, and workflow
analysis.
- Project
task and analysis work for enhancements and/or issues related to customer
and vendor applications.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+
years of Salesforce Administration experience including configuration of
objects, fields, page layouts, flows, record types, user profiles and
permissions
- 2+
years of business analyst or system administration experience in a
software application or system matching up with the typical duties above
for skill sets and experience
Licenses/Certifications Required:
- Valid
"Class D" Driver's License
