Job Description
Summary: The main function of an analyst/developer is to develop and design web applications and web sites. A typical analyst/developer is responsible for directing web site content creation, enhancement and maintenance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Basic design, build or maintenance of web sites, using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools and digital media.
- Identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback and correct problems.
- Evaluate code to ensure it is valid, meets industry standards and is compatible with devices or operation systems.
Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Basic knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and computer hardware and software.
- Basic knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in production of drawings and models.
- Basic knowledge of computer software, such as Adobe, Java, SQL, etc.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required.
- 8-10 years experience required.

Why this Role?
This person will be a lead developer on our Salesforce team and will provide oversight over development activity of other developers.
Typical task breakdown:
- Review applications prior to input in system.
- Entering credit applications sent from the dealer.
- Research may be required on their part to make sure everything is accurate.
- Communication with sales teams, dealers, and internal partners.
Interaction with team:
Will work closely with developers, Business Analyst, and Business partners to deliver rewards and credit solutions.

Education & Experience Required:
- 4 year Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required.
- 8-10 years experience required.
Technical Skills
(Required)
- Salesforce development or similar object-oriented coding experience
- Experience with Salesforce flows, batch processing, and other automation tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools and techniques.
- DevOps (Azure DevOps) & source control (Git)
- Agile development / project management

- Salesforce Loyalty Management experience
