Our client is a VR solutions and technology company who work with some of the world’s biggest Media and Enterprise brands. Their world class team of engineers and designers work to create a wide range of cutting-edge solutions, including virtual conferences and virtual training, that aim to blur the lines between reality and imagination.

 They are disrupting the VR space and have thrived through 2020 and doubled in size, as companies turn to technology to replace tasks that would have usually been done face to face. 

With impressive financial backing and an aggressive growth strategy, they are looking to bring on a highly skilled, senior sales professional to assist them in achieving this ambition. 
Role Summary: 

Our client is looking for an established Senior Sales Executive that has a track record of over achievement and relationship building. The individual will use a consultative approach and with a focus on the 2 core products, build an extensive network and consequent pipeline. They will be a self-starter with an intelligent approach to selling, a history of exceeding expectations and cultivating exceptional client relationships. 

• Lead sales engagements, building trusted partnerships

• Generate and define opportunities through multiple channels

• Continuously prospect, build and developing a strong pipeline

• Manage the sales cycles efficiently through proven sales processes and strategy

• Work collaboratively with the technical teams and other business areas

• Build and execute a proactive sales plan to drive revenue growth

• Identify key decision makers and build long lasting relationships with them  


• Ideally you will have worked with CMO's, CTO and CIO's

• Bring 5 - 10 relationships to the table and aggressively grow from day 1

• Experience selling emerging technologies to mid / large clients 

• Adaptable, tenacious, ambitious, self-starter  

• A hunter who is highly driven and self-motivated to be successful in all they do  

• A wealth of commercial experience driving new business sales through prospecting, outbound lead generation and closing sales, ideally experience selling with a highly consultative approach  

• Possess a strong network that you will be able to leverage and nurture

• Ability to grasp the technical aspects and take accountability for your own understanding and knowledge  

• Demonstrate a stable track record of successfully positioning and winning large scale contracts/projects (annual billings of 300k plus)

• Accustomed and comfortable with selling to high level decision makers

• Any experience with VR or event/sponsorship sales not essential but desirable
