Senior Silicon Validation Engineer – Next-Generation Data Center Products

From initial bring-up to rigorous stress testing, your work will influence designs that drive the future of data center technology.
Required Skills
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in high-speed I/O validation or related engineering roles.
- Proven expertise in bring-up, validation, and debug of high-speed interfaces (PCIe Gen5/Gen6, CXL, Die-to-Die interconnects).
- Strong knowledge of signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) principles, including jitter analysis, crosstalk, BER, and channel loss characterization.
- Demonstrated experience validating interface performance under PVT stress conditions.
- Proficiency with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, BERTs, protocol analyzers, and related hardware tools.
- Scripting skills in Python or Perl for test automation.
- Familiarity with firmware-driver interactions and SoC architecture.
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with post-silicon validation in complex SoC environments.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as PCIe Base Specifications and CXL protocols.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, highly collaborative, cross-functional engineering settings.
Preferred Education and Experience
- BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent industry background).
- Extensive hands-on experience with SoC validation for advanced data center applications.
