Client is looking for a Social Campaign Manager to bring to life Client Music
initiatives and campaigns on social, in close collaboration with internal and
external partners, to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate is
knowledgeable and passionate about music and culture, has experience across a
variety of social functions - like campaign planning, content creation, and
publishing - and knows how to effectively leverage social holistically to tell
impactful stories, create big brand moments, and cultivate an engaged community
of fans and advocates.
Key Qualifications
·
5+
years experience in hands-on-keyboard digital/social marketing in the music
culture space
·
3+
years managing agencies and vendors
·
Experience
working directly with creators, artists, and other high profile and external
partners to collaborate on social marketing efforts
·
Ability
to understand and use data to inform strategic decisions, including audience
insights, platform trends, content performance benchmarks, social listening,
etc.
·
Excellent
storytelling, negotiation, and presentation skills
·
Futuristic
thinker and creative problem-solver to ensure Client Music is uniquely ahead of
the curve, cementing a position as a leader in innovative social media
storytelling
·
Understanding
of media, technology, and the ever-changing landscape of social platforms,
audiences, and behaviors
·
Excellent
communicator and collaborator, pitching new ideas and gaining buy-in across
multiple teams and leadership
Responsibilities
·
Incorporate
social thinking and ideation into Client Music marketing campaigns and daily
programming to maximize impact for the brand and business among key audiences
·
Lead
social briefings for campaigns, new social formats, daily programming, and
activate integrated go-to-market plans across owned, earned, and paid channels
·
Evangelize
social insights, ideas, and trends with cross-functional partners and key
stakeholders
·
Travel
to on-location shoots to support real-time social coverage for live events and
tentpole campaigns
·
Hands-on
support for programming and publishing as needed across owned social channels
·
On-call
nights and weekends as needed
·
Manage
social agency relationships
A
reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position
is $60 to $68/hour
