Overview
We’re looking for a Software Development Engineer IV to take a leading role in enhancing the LOREM Console—an essential platform that powers operational visibility and human-in-the-loop workflows for marketing and lead management teams. In this role, you’ll design and expand key features that connect data insights, visualization, and workflow automation across multiple systems. You’ll partner with cross-functional stakeholders—from Marketing Operations to Data Governance—to deliver seamless integrations, refined user experiences, and reliable production-ready solutions. This position is ideal for an experienced full-stack engineer who thrives on building distributed systems, modern web applications, and robust integrations that improve how teams operate daily.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a full-stack engineer developing complex web applications and distributed backend systems.
- Proficiency in Java, TypeScript, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code and cloud-based deployment best practices.
- Strong understanding of React, React Router, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Knowledge of micro-frontend architectures, CORS, and web security principles.
- Familiarity with AWS services such as CloudFront, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda, and SQS.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with Salesforce Apex development, including building custom Salesforce UI components and integrations.
- Exposure to data visualization tools and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Experience developing dashboards, operational runbooks, or user enablement materials.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building backend or distributed systems, ideally within large-scale, data-driven environments.
Other Requirements
- Ability to take ownership of initiatives from concept through production launch.
- Must exhibit strong accountability and proactive problem-solving aligned with leadership principles.
- This position is based in Seattle, WA, with an expected contract duration of 9 months.
