Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Java and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS DynamoDB, Lambda, etc.)
- Strong database technology experience with SQL and relational systems
- Proven ability to dive deep into technical challenges and deliver results under pressure
- Exceptional troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with solid organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with Human Capital Management systems (PeopleSoft preferred)
- Familiarity with Perl, C/C++, Mason, Perl CGI, HTML, and UNIX/LINUX environments
- Knowledge of automation frameworks or tools for support processes
- Prior experience as a contractor or employee with strong performance feedback
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Direct exposure to large-scale enterprise environments and high-volume transactional systems
