Role: Software Development Engineer
Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite role)
Contract Duration: 05 Months (Extendable)
Summary:
Design, develop, and implement updates for the Core Print UWP Scan application.
Responsibilities include implementing new features and enhancements, fixing
bugs, improving reliability and performance, and supporting testing and
validation efforts. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Program
Managers, and engineering partners to ensure requirements are correctly
implemented and delivered on schedule. Contribute to code reviews,
documentation, and release readiness activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Write and review code, implement features and bug fixes, collaborate with PMs
and testers, investigate issues, and support build, test, and release
activities for the UWP Scan app.
Skills:
1. UWP / Windows application development – 3+ years
2. C++ - 3 years experience.
3. C# and XAML (or equivalent Windows app technologies) – 3+ years
4. Debugging, bug fixing, and code maintenance – 2+ years
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field
required.
• 2-4 years experience required.
