Job Description:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology or similar
• Typically has 2 - 5 years in product marketing management and content marketing experience.
• Possesses project management skillsets and experience, ability to gain consensus, make decisions and escalate in a timely and clear fashion
• Been responsible for creating, driving, and managing full-funnel content marketing strategies
• Have an aptitude for understanding and ramping on new technologies
• Knowledge of several software development life cycle methodologies; Agile SCRUM is desirable
Responsibilities:
• Develop customer lifecycle marketing programs that drive adoption of our business team suite of products
• Responsible for content marketing materials for suite of IT products
• Create, review, and edit customer and product features.
• Develops internal relationships with Product Owners to facilitate product implementation throughout other divisions
• Creates and implements an internal communication strategy for the National Solution Services (NSS) division
• Creates frequent communications for internal NSS employees regarding announcements, events, and other information in the form of Teams messages, emails, bulletins, and newsletters
• Ensures updates to product catalogs and artifacts are completed timely to include future changes to products and services
• Analyzes product metrics post release to proactively identify and optimize to user experience
• Identifies key opportunities for improvement, as well as development of technical or process enhancements to increase operational efficiencies, or reduce costs associated with the use of internal tools • Anticipates industry and product marketing trends, capability prioritization and tradeoffs, balancing business needs versus technical and resource constraints
• Communicates portfolio and project updates to managers and stakeholders
• Develops content for marketing collateral and supports training to ensure successful product launch
• Serves as a project team member
