Business Professional - Supply Chain Analyst 1

Rancho Dominguez, CA

12 months contract

 

Job Description:

  • Utilize service parts forecast and usage rate to plan materials through the Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) System
  • Plan for New Product Introductions and plan end-of-life cycle forecasts
  • Maintain master materials data and bill of materials
  • Analyze inventory levels based upon parts usage, lead-time to delivery and current balance on-hand and future demands. Monitors parts usage to determine need for changes to inventory levels, order quantity.
  • Interfaces with vendors and customers to ensure that all stakeholders are kept abreast of service parts information, parts availability, order status, shipments, tracking shipment deliveries, stock levels, etc. that affect product service repairs
  • Creates, edits, follows up on all service parts Purchase Orders. Tracks orders and shipping status. Monitors and analyzes service parts inventories against open parts purchase orders within the SAP system
  • Interfaces with Product support, Builder, Field Service Team to provide & receive parts forecast trend

Top 3 must-have skills/requirements:

  1. English/Korean bilingual
  2. MS Office Suite (Excel)
  3. SAP ERP system experience would be a plus

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

How many years of experience is required: 0-3 year preferred (Supply Chain, Inventory Control, Purchasing related experience would be a plus)
