Summary:

We’re in search of an experienced Supply Chain Analyst 1 with the required skills: Logistics Claims, Logistics Operations, SAP/ERP, MS Excell in Warehouse environment,  (Bilingual Korean required for this position)

Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst 1

Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months Contract with possible extension

Status: Hybrid

Job Description:

·        PSI team is responsible for ensuring product availability to meet forecasted demand by the Sales team.

·        The analyst will be responsible for supporting / managing a specific range of products and will work closely with Product Marketing / Sales and Sales OP / HQ Factory counterparts to procure inventory and inventory status.

·        The individual will also generate reports and represent the SCM team when working internal / external customers.

·        He / She will be point of contact for supply related issues and will interact closely with all teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Purchase / Sales / Inventory Management

·        Forecasting AP2 Demand

·        Order management

·        Attend meetings with counterparts

·        Maximize Revenue

·        KPI Management

·        Run ad hoc reports

Required Knowledge , Education and/or Experience:

·        Undergraduate Degree in Business, Economics, Math or similar

·        1-3 year work experience in relevant field

·        Excellent Analytical Skills / Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and Office Suite / SAP experience helpful

·        Korean Language (not a mandate but helpful)

·        Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment

·        Must be available to consistently work overtime and on Monday holidays (not a full working day)

Education and Years of Experience:

·        College Graduate

·        3+ / fresh out of college with SCM or Math major are ok

Summary:

·        The main function of a supply chain analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

·        Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications.

·        Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities.

·        Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.

·        Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.

Skills:

·        Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor and materials.

·        Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.

·        Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.

·        Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Education/Experience:

·        High school diploma or GED required.

·        0-2 years related experience required.
