Summary:
We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to support our Care Service team, with a strong focus on repair quality and operational efficiency. This role will play a key part in analyzing daily performance data and ensuring a seamless supply chain operation, particularly in relation to repair turnaround times (TAT), long-term planning (LTP), production numbers, and forecasting.

Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst 3
Location: Plano TX 75023
Duration: 6 Month contract
Status: Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and manage daily operational data (LTP, TAT, production volume, etc.).
• Review and assess TAT supply performance across vendors and internal teams.
• Modify, manage, and share Excel files across multiple teams and external vendors.
• Work with data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and usability.
• Conduct self-guided investigation and analysis to support issue resolution from the field.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs and challenges.
Required Skills:
• Advanced Excel proficiency (queries, data formatting, analysis).
• Strong data handling and data analysis capabilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn independently and investigate operational issues.
Preferred Background:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred. Candidates with an associate’s degree and 3+ years of relevant work experience will also be considered.
• At least 3 years of experience in a production environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or telecommunications is a plus.
Additional Notes:
• The candidate should be a quick learner, capable of understanding the dynamics of other teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are important to succeed in this role.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $26 to 28/hour
