Summary:
·
The
main function of a supply chain analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow
of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment
according to production schedule. A typical supply chain analyst is responsible
for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and
compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.
Job
Responsibilities:
·
Examine
documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to
assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications.
·
Review
documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to
determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities.
·
Record
production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and
quality control measures.
·
Requisition
and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production
demands.
Skills:
·
Verbal
and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving and
interpersonal skills.

Ability
to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor and materials.
·
Ability
to accurately document and record customer/client information.

Knowledge

KEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS:
·
The
Supply Chain Analyst role is responsible for establishing a stabilized overseas
supply chain by understanding the basics of overseas procurement and enhancing
related work capabilities. The role contributes to efficient resource
management by managing optimized supply lead time and ensuring timely delivery
of materials. The role is responsible for Improving consensus between
Sales/SCM/Marketing/Logistics by mitigating gaps to targets. The role will
drive operational and technological requirements for product group segments
for Digital Appliance.
Roles
& Responsibilities:

Analyze
and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce lead
times.
·
Collect,
document, and manage information pertaining to accounts, including order
rhythm, service level expectations, process flows, and ETA information.
·
Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting and
procurement planning.
·
Monitor
and manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
·
Support
import customs clearance processes by ensuring compliance with regulatory
requirements.
·
Utilize
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to manage material requirements and
production schedules.
·
Identify
and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve supply chain performance.
Minimum
Qualifications:
·
Bachelor's
degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Management
Information Systems (MIS), or Information Technology (IT)or a related field.
·
5-6
years of work experience in a relevant field.
·
Strong
programming skills in Tableau and Alteryx.
·
Proficiency
in coding languages (e.g., Python, R) and database management (e.g., SQL).
·
Proficiency
in data analysis tools and supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
.
·
Strong
understanding of supply chain principles and best practices, including
procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
·
Must
be comfortable presenting and building consensus with counterparts and
customers.
·
Must
be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
Preferred
Qualifications:
·
Experience
in the home appliances or consumer electronics industry.
·
Experience
managing inventory across multi-modal supply chain networks.
·
Knowledge
of import/export regulations and customs clearance processes.
·
Certification
in CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or equivalent.
·
Certifications
in Tableau Desktop Specialist or Alteryx Core Certification.
·
Knowledge
of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.

in coding languages such as Python, Java, or R for data analysis and automation
