Job
Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ
Duration: 12
months with a possibility of extension
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute daily supply chain operations
- Manage orders, create delivery orders, and monitor
shipments
- Track inbound inventory and prioritize accordingly
- Partner with internal teams and supply fulfillment
teams
Key Skills &
Requirements:
- Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze processes and
draw logical conclusions
- Office-Based Supply Chain Experience: Not warehouse or
logistics operations
- High-Level Excel Skills:
- Proficiency in IF statements and VLOOKUP- need expert
with excel
- Ability to work with Excel-based templates, write
basic formulas, and interpret data
- Experience Level:
- Minimum 2 years (will review resumes carefully)
- I will thoroughly review each resume, ensuring that
the listed responsibilities align with the Supply Chain Analyst
background. If I identify any changes made by suppliers that do not match
the required qualifications, I will reject those candidates.
- 3 years is acceptable, 5 years is ideal
- SAP Experience: A plus, but not mandatory
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required
Interview Process:
One round (Webex, 1 hour)
A reasonable,
good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $23.00 to $ 25.00
